It all started with my sister. Since I was a child, she has passed on her passion for fashion to me, and together we have cultivated the dream of creating a brand that reflects elegance, style and quality. Leilaandzoe is the fruit of our ideas and aspirations. We want to offer every woman beauty and confidence.
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed here will take 5 to 7 working days to arrive. Overseas deliveries may take between 7 and 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- Return policy: Each dress comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If your dress does not fit, please contact our customer service team for a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the dress in its original condition, we will issue a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Guarantee Policy: At Leilaandzoe, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your dress or it has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange your dress free of charge.
- Product exchanges: You can request a product exchange within 30 days of purchase, as long as the price of the item you wish to exchange is equal to or less than your original purchase.
